By accessing https://readysubjects.org or any other subdomain of https://readysubjects.org (the “Site”) you warrant and represent to Sarah Kanouse (the “Program”) that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the Site and accept without limitation or qualification these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

It is strictly prohibited to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, or infringing material that could constitute conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, a violation of privacy or publicity, or otherwise violate law. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise
control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Sarah Kanouse for all claims resulting from content you supply. Sarah Kanouse takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
